Images processed in editing tools
AllEdit's normal editing features run in your browser. Selected images are not sent to our server. Closing or reloading the page removes the in-memory editing state unless your browser retains it independently.
Image sharing
Share Images is an explicit exception to local-only processing. When you create a share, the selected image is uploaded to private object storage and share metadata is stored in our database. The link stops working after seven days and expired data is normally removed within 24 hours.
Optional share passwords are stored only as secure hashes. The plaintext password is shown when it is created or replaced and cannot be recovered later. Successful unlock authorization is stored in a signed HttpOnly cookie for up to 24 hours; replacing the password invalidates earlier authorization.
Account and authentication data
We process the email address and authentication information needed to create and protect your account. Google sign-in uses Google Identity Services. We do not receive your Google password.
Usage limits, security and monitoring
We keep the minimum usage records needed to enforce plan limits, including a one-way hash derived from an IP address for anonymous use. Security and error monitoring may process technical information such as timestamps, route names, browser type and error context, but is configured not to collect image contents or default personal information.
Payments and advertising
Stripe handles subscription payments and billing management. Google Analytics may provide aggregated traffic measurements, and Google AdSense may display advertising to eligible Free users. These providers process data under their own policies.

Governing language
This English policy is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, inconsistency or difference in interpretation between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese version controls and prevails, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
